Automobile ERP / DMS (Dealer Management System)

Designed and Developed the Dealership Management System for a TVS Dealer (M/S. Viswam TVS, Thiruchengode, Tamilnadu). Continuously expanded the Dealership DMS Implementations in around 200 Dealers in South India.

Following to that, identified by TVS Motor Company Ltd., associated and played a vital role in the re-development of TVS DMS in association with M/S. Mindtree Consulting Limited in 2003. Honored with DMS as his Brain Child, appointed as the Domain Consultant by TVS Motor and attached with Mindtree Consulting for the re-development of TVS DMS in 3-Tier Architecture.

On successful completion of the development & 3 Pilot Implementations, appointed as the Implementation Partner for TVS DMS in all the TVS Dealers pan India. As a long-term associate of TVS Motor designed, developed & implemented more than 20 projects successfully.

Currently involved in the Training & Support Function of DMS to the TVS Dealers, with TWO Helpdesks, handling 12,000 Tickets every month supporting 6000+ Dealers in India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Indonesia & Sri Lanka.

CRM Partner for TVS Motor

Handled the CRM Operations for TVS Motors for around 5 years, improved the customer reach percentage, referral sales as well. Successfully handled mega campaigns like,

  • Sent around 3 Lac Rakki’s to TVS Female Customers one week before ‘Rakshabhandhan’.
  • Booked a full show of the International Circus in Bangalore for 1000 Apache Customers etc.

Parts Packaging Solution / Container Stuffing Management

Developed the Parts Packaging Solution for the International Business Division of TVS Motors.

Our Unique Algorithm analyse the Parts Orders from different countries of the Globe, consolidated & validated them and calculating the numbers of suitable size of Secondary Carton Boxes for the entire order.

Also it will finalize the optimal stuffing pattern of all the secondary boxes in 20Ft / 40Ft or combination of 20 & 40 Ft containers. The best part of this is, all the above calculations are getting done immediately after the uploading the orders at each Distributor, so that the Distributor can increase or decrease his orders suitable to any size of container as per his wish.

Only with this Parts Packaging Solution, the average filling percentage in each container has increased to 95-98% from 75-80%, which gained 1000s of USD in shipping cost every month.
