There are high rise towers started constructed which will hold more number of houses with a minimum of 15 to 25 floors in each tower. And there will be multiple towers forming a township. And for the small set of people who are liking individual villas at this point of time also, many gated communities are constructing individual villas which are sold along with the cost of the land and many common amenities. The common factor in all the above 3 category of buildings is the maintenance. Each group of houses are called as a layout or gated community and each layout or community forming an association with the owners of the individual houses in that particular group. And they are forming an association for each of such group and appointing a president, secretary under group of executive members.

Maintenance Made Easy

The main objective of this association is to maintain the cleanliness and ensure the safety of the members living inside that group. To ensure the same they are taking care of cleanliness by appointing some vendors and by appointing securities they are assuring the safety. Invariably, all these activities incurring expenditure which has to be collected from the owners of all the houses inside that layout or township or group. This is commonly called as the maintenance charge which is fixed based on the category of the group collected on a monthly basis from the owners or tenants of the Individual houses. Reminding all the residents and collecting the maintenance is a cumbersome task for the members of the association so they are in need of an easy tool which will handle all these receipts and payments and also reminders.
