Designed for our group company, Wallcliffs Realty to manage its entire business operations with Multi-Branch activities. Wallcliffs ERP is the First of its kind for Real Estate Industry, Designed with multi-level monitoring facilities with an Interactive mechanism of two way SMS & Mailing options.

Coverage

The core business of the company is to facilitate between the Seller & the Buyer or Lessor & Lessee on identifying their requirements. In systems perspective the entire services of the company is classified as Selling / Buying / Renting Out / Required for Rent as business types and the Properties are primarily categorized as Residential / Commercial & Land.

The transactions start in getting an enquiry from a client on his requirement. The life cycle of the transaction is classified in to many stages to identify the progress and to fix the responsibility to complete that stage for an Individual

For any Property related enquiry (Selling or Renting Out) the stages would be,

  • Enquiry
  • Allotment of the Enquiry to the Realtor
  • Contacting the Client
  • Listing Confirmation (Taking confirmation on company's professional charges)
  • Property Inspection (Collection of Images & Document copies)
  • Finding the Matching Buying / Lessor within the available data
  • Requesting for Web portal Advertisements (If No Matching Buyers / Lessors available)
  • Requesting for Paper Advertisements (If No Matching Buyers / Lessors available)
  • Approval of Advertisements
  • Advt. Releases
  • Getting Responses from the Advertisements

For each of the above said stage, there is a defined time duration in which the process should get completed. Till the defined time each enquiry will be available in the respective person’s To-Do-List. If the task is not completed within the defined time, it will get escalated to the branch head as ‘Pending Job’ with an alert SMS & Mail to the current realtor.

The To-Do-List has been defined for each designation level (from House Keeping to Vice President) and will get escalated based on the time definition for each task. The idea behind the To-Do-List is to trigger the people on their duties and to figure out the lapse in the procedure followed up accurately.

Security & Authorizations

Wallcliffs Systems ERP is built with its robust & secured data handling with a multi layer authorization control. The User can be authorized with menu level options and can also be controlled for any action at button level.

Technology

Wallcliffs Systems ERP is powered with the Microsoft Technologies. The development tool used is Microsoft .Net with Frame work version 2.0 and SQL Server 2005 and we are in the process of up gradation to version 4.0.

Micro Level Monitoring

The complete life cycle of an Enquiry is divided in to many stages for the ease of monitoring and to ensure 100% that each Enquiry reaches its destination ie., a Successful Conversion. Each stage is defined with a pre-fixed time duration and attached as a specific responsibility for a / group of person. The status of each task / stage shall be monitored at any point of time.

Interactive Mechanism

Wallcliffs Systems ERP comprises with its TO-DO-LIST for each user of the system which will prompt the task to be done. Once the task is completed successfully with in the defined time duration it will be reduced from the TO-DO-LIST of that user. Otherwise it will reflect in the PENDING JOB List for him along with an auto generated alert SMS & E Mail. The ERP also gives a warning notification to the Immediate Boss of the user as to enable the Boss to direct the user to complete the task in time.
